Even though the car kit is designed to resist most of the interference but frequency hopping is the standard of Bluetooth devices, so you might face the issue anytime.
What is required to resolve the issue is to turn off all the wireless devices in the car as you make the call.
In case no call is received or sent, it stays in the car mode screen and the users need to unlock the screen to allow the incoming and outgoing calls.
Solutions: This problem does not mean that the car kit is damaged rather it is only because of some incompatibility issues between the car kit’s driver and the newly updated Android OS.
See the user manual or visit the official website of the manufacturer of the Bluetooth device and see how to update the software.
Recommendation: If you are inexperienced with updating Pioneer device drivers manually, we highly recommend downloading the Pioneer AVIC-X920BT Driver Utility.
